Thin-Walled Part Module: Solving Measurement Pain Points of Deformation-Prone Components. For thin-walled standard parts and components applied in aerospace and new energy vehicles, the module delivers targeted optimizations to measurement algorithms and force control logic, effectively eliminating part deformation caused by contact pressure and clamping forces encountered in conventional measurement. By reducing probe-to-part contact frequency through intelligent path planning, combined with dynamic error compensation technology, it accurately captures dimensional tolerances and geometric deviations of thin-walled parts, ensuring measurement accuracy is unaffected by part structural characteristics, and filling the gap in high-precision measurement of fragile and deformation-prone workpieces.

Scanning Module: Balancing High Efficiency and Full-Dimension Data Acquisition. Compatible with both contact and non-contact scanning modes, it allows flexible switching according to different structures (e.g., gear tooth spaces, bearing inner rings) and materials (e.g., ceramics, hardened gear surfaces). It can perform rapid scanning of the full gear profile as well as parameter acquisition in complex areas inaccessible with traditional methods. Supporting multi-length stylus adaptation, path simulation and collision detection, the scanning efficiency is improved by more than 60% compared with conventional single-point measurement, while ensuring completeness and security of data acquisition, providing efficient data support for scenarios such as gear standard part certification and heavy-duty gearbox inspection.
